This year, the wine growers of Cheverny and Cour Cheverny as well as The House of Wines, were again partners of the 39th bd BOOM which took place in Blois. On this occasion, a special cuvee was created, available in white.

Embark in Cheverny for a sound and visual cruise (360 °) which offers the discovery of AOC Cheverny and AOC Cour Cheverny with daring and dreamlike.
The great novelty for 2020 is to allow visitors to the wine house of Cheverny, an authentic immersion in the terroir of the wines of Cheverny and Cour Cheverny thanks to a sound, visual and poetic experience.
A season in motion for the wines of Cheverny and Cour Cheverny. A modified appellation area, beautiful harvest of the 2019 vintage, a new logo and a new communication campaign.
Évolution of AOC Cheverny
The appellation area is extensive and now has 25 municipalities including the municipality of Chambord. The 2019 harvest of Domaine de Chambord will thus be officially recognized as "AOC Cheverny wine". From February 2020, bottles of Cheverny wine from the Chambord estate will be able to see the light of day.

The wines of Cheverny and Cour Cheverny have acquired a new brand image to establish themselves in the territory of conviviality, youth and also give it a more international dimension.
The 7th edition has kept promises! What a pleasure it was to share our love for wine in a friendly and musical atmosphere! We would like to say a big thank you to all the artists, volunteers, and partners and of course, all the visitors. See you all on the next edition!
Year 2015 is the opportunity to celebrate in France, and particularly in the Loire Valley, the 500th anniversary of the advent of François Ist (1515-2015). The wine" François 1st" in Cour-Cheverny AOC will allow to savor through all the season, the Romorantin grape variety. This variety introduced by François 1st, was planted around Romorantin city where stayed Louise de Savoie, her mother.
A new tasting Application is available in the Cheverny wine house.
With this app you can have an access to winegrowers audio-recording. Thanks to a glass and a magnetic chip, the visitor can go, using his tablet or smartphone, to a hundred of wines available for the tasting. Then, on the app, the customer can choose the number of the tasted wine in order to listen the wine description made by the wine-grower himself, to be advised about food and wine matching and discover pictures of the wine-grower and his vineyard.
Cour-Cheverny AOC – Designation of Controlled Origine since Marh, 26th 1993
Produced on 11 municipalities, Cour-Cheverny AOC has the exclusivity of the rare and unique grape variety : the Romorantin. It was introduced by the king François 1st in 1519 and was planted in Romorantin city where it adapt itself so well than it took its name.
Romorantin grape
This grape variety found on our silicieous soil all its potential of expression to give birth to a white wine very original and typical. Most of the time, Romorantin grapes gives dry and subtil wines but can be semi dry when its harvested later.
Cour-Cheverny wines
They are dry and lively and are characterized by a very big length in mouth. Pleasant in their youth, when they are tasted " on the fruit ", they are particularly capable of the ageing: their colour takes then golden reflections and their delicate flavors have notes of honey and locust tree.
