Winegrower from father to son since several generations, the vineyard has 13 hectares. The cellar is located in Cheverny, between Blois andRomorantin.Our production is mostly the Appellation of Cheverny white, rosé and red and Appellation CourCheverny with the local grape Romorantin.We are also making traditional method. We are doing a traditional culture of the vines with grass between them, on a siliceous-clayey soil.
Natural vinification, without yeasting or enzyming, to allow maximum expression of the terroir, with a minimum and controlled use of SO2.

The Domaine de Montcy now has around thirty hectares spread over four main plots located in the communes of Cheverny, Cormeray, Chitenay and more recently Celettes. The grapes are vinified in a natural way, without yeasts and without enzymes to best bring out the terroir.
Vinification is made in vat then matured 12 months in barrels, full-bodied and round with good tanins. Perfect with sauce meat, game and cheese. Serve around 17°-18°C in a decanter if possible.

It’s a red wine which can be served along a meal, with a red or white meat, but also with cheeses. It’s a fruity wine (red fruits aromas), light, classic wine of the Loire Valley, to drink young and fresh in 3-5 years maximum.

The Champinière Estate is a family exploitation of 16 hectares located in the heart of the two appellations: Cheverny and CourCheverny. When you will be in the region, Mr Alain Chery will be pleased to welcome you.
On the nose, there are cherry and vanilla aromas; the mouth has silky tannins with red fruits flavors, cocoa and a long grilled finish. Better to use a decanter with red meats, grilled poultry and cheeses.

Started in 1931, the wine cooperative of the Winemakers of Mont Prés Chambord is situated in the heart of the Cheverny Appellation, between the Loire river and the Sologne, near the prestigious castles of Blois, Chambord and Cheverny. The cooperative does the harvest and the winemaking of its 21 members on 155 hectares of vines. It sells around 500 000 bottles every year and is today the first producer of Cheverny wines.
The red color is slightly bright. In the mouth, the wine reveal a freshness and a delicacy. There are aromas of red fruits, cherry and spices. Nice with delicatessen, white meats and cheeses.

Family exploitation of 40 hectares producing white wines (80% Sauvignon -20% Chardonnay), rosé and red (80%Pinot Noir and 20% Gamay) of Cheverny Appellation and white wines from Cour Cheverny Appellation. Located on the right bank of the Loire, the clay soils near to the river give very aromatic white wines. The red wines are light and fruity and are made along the Cosson river.
