This marriage gives a crisp white wine with notes of white flowers, sweet citrus and yellow fruits and is supported by the mineral vivacity of the Sauvignon on this type of soil and is enveloped by the smoothness of the Chardonnay. The freshness and the balance of this cuvee are its main characteristic.

The Hervé Villemade estate is located in the heart of the Cheverny appellation, on the left bank of the Beuvron, in Cellettes. The estate's 23 hectares of vines are carried out using organic farming (soil work, treatments based exclusively on natural products).
