The best plots allow the production of a Cour-Cheverny aged in oak barrels. After fermentation, the resulting wine is placed in 228 liter oak barrels for a maturing period of 10 to 12 months. This wine of a beautiful complexity, reveals jammy aromas and brings a balance between smoothness and finesse.
