This wine with a cherry color has powerful red fruits flavors. Very fruity and fond, it’s very nice with grilled meats, white meats and cheeses. Serve a bit chilled between 11° and 13°C.

The place where the winery is located is mysterious. It might have been built near to a former castle, where there is today only few rocks. We say that, in the past, the estate was attached to the Lordship of Fougères: this castle was built between the XIth and XIVth century (it is possible to visit it). We also say that this place was a justice place. Its name the Salvart or Salvert means "salvation" doesn’t it?
