THE WINEHOUSE OF CHEVERNY
Inaugurated in 2008, the Winehouse of Cheverny attracts an average of 80,000 visitors per year. This unique place is dedicated to promoting and selling the wines from the Cheverny and Cour Cheverny AOC (Protected Designation of Origin). Wine enthusiasts can discover wines from about thirty winemakers who are members of the association of the Cheverny winehouse.
Come and explore the hundred wines from the AOC Cheverny and AOC Cour Cheverny and let yourself be seduced by the richness and diversity of our terroir.
An Innovative Tasting
Welcome to the Winehouse of Cheverny where we reinvent the art of tasting wines!
Our “cutting-edge” concept brings you on a unique sensory journey with a selection of around a hundred wines available through a self-service tasting system. Explore at your own pace the Cheverny and Cour Cheverny wines appellations using a glass equipped of an electronic chip and our innovative wine dispensers. Each wine is described by an information sheet to help guide your discovery through our elegant whites, our fruity reds and our precious Romorantin grape.
This is a fun and interactive immersion, designed for both beginners and knowledgeable enthusiasts.
Visitors can also choose the free tasting of the wines of the day for a quick discovery of the two AOCs, with one of our sales assistants.
A wide range of wine accessories is also available in our shop.

Discover our interactive room and explore the Cheverny and Cour-Cheverny AOC wines in a fun and intuitive way. Watch educational videos that explain the winemaking process thanks to a touchscreen and immerse yourself in the local expertise. You can also navigate our interactive map to locate our winemakers and learn more about their vineyards.
This is an enriching experience and a perfect introduction before moving on to the tasting phase of our wines.
A 360 degrees video room: a unique sensory journey!
Embark on a unique immersive experience in our 360° video room! The staging transports you into the world of Cheverny and Cour Cheverny wines, showcasing the work in the vineyards through the changing seasons. Let yourself be enchanted by a projection of animated watercolors, accompanied by mesmerizing music, creating an audio-visual atmosphere that immerses you in the heart of the terroir. A ladybug, symbol of nature, subtly guides your eyes throughout the projection, allowing you to follow the key steps of grape cultivation.

Tasting App
The House of Wines of Cheverny has an interactive tasting app. During the tasting, the wine enthusiasts can access all the characteristics of the wines and listen to an audio presentation made by the winemaker himself to guide their in their selection.
