Cyrille Sevin has taken over a 7-hectare vineyard in Mont-Près-Chambord in 2007. Farmed organically, he strives to produce authentic and true-to-terroir wines. Ninety percent of the vineyard is harvested by hand. Fermentations happen without the addition of yeast.
