Established in the 1990s from vines that once belonged to the Château de Troussay, the Domaine de Montcy now spans around thirty hectares divided into four main parcels located in the villages of Cheverny, Cormeray, Chitenay, and, more recently, Celettes. Fully included within the Cheverny and Cour-Cheverny AOCs, the estate features a balanced range of grape varieties: reds (Pinot Noir, Gamay, Malbec) and whites (Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Romorantin). The estate has been certified organic since 2012 and biodynamic (Demeter) since 2015.
