This 35 hectares estate is in biodynamic farming. Winegrowers since 1846 in the Cheverny Appellation, it’s today the 7th generation of the Gendrier family, located 4km south of the Cheverny castle.
With a constant care for the environment, we are doing a regular and appropriate work of the soil. We do not use synthesis product to treat the vine, and no weed killer or chemical fertilizer. This return to winemaking as it was practicing there 50 years ago, allows us to keep the natural potential of our different soils and microbial life in our soils.
Cour Cheverny "Des Lys" A complex wine with aromas of honey and acacia. Beautiful freshness on the palate. In its youth, this wine is well paired with asparagus or scallops. After a few years of aging, it will be enjoyed with poultry or pan-fried foie gras.

Philippe Sauger who manages the company after his parents, developed the vineyard and the equipment to make Cheverny whites, reds and rosés. Even if he uses traditional farming, he loves the innovation and tries to have wines with a really good quality.
Cuvée Rouillon. Good quality grapes, we try to have light reds, with a light color, soft tannins, easy to drink and aromatic. “Our wines are alive and subject to temperature changes. Please store them at a temperature without fluctuation between 4 and 14°C."

Le Clos du Tue Bœuf is a story which goes back to several centuries. The first vines of the estate are from The Middle Age. Jean Marie and Thierry Puzelat are two brothers who were winemakers in France and abroad, before coming back to the family company.
Today, Clos du Tue-Bœuf is first and foremost Zoé, Louise and Thierry Puzelat, but also all the people who work year-round and in season at the estate.
Dark color for this rosé, similar to the South of France rosés. Nice and round on the palate, it’s fresh and spicy. Enjoy it with grilled meats, delicatessen, pizza or exotic food.

The Huguet Estate is located along the Loire river, between the castles of Blois and Chambord.

Located at the gates of the Chambord park, the Domaine du Croc du Merle is shared between the dairy farm and the wine estate. Wine grower from father to son since 1794, the estate covers 14 hectares of vines. Integrating the AOC Cheverny since its creation, the Domaine's wines have been rewarded each year for their quality and diversity.
